Competitions
1. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland except employees (and their families) of the participating company and Tumble Tots UK Ltd, its agents and any other companies associated with the competitions.
3. The winners must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
4. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
5. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
6. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
7. The prize as stated, is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
8. The winners will be chosen from all correct entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material.
9. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
10. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
11. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
12. Entries that are incomplete or answered incorrectly will not be accepted.
13. One entry per household. No bulk or third-party entries.

15. If the prize-giver is no longer able to supply the stated prize, it is not the responsibility of Needmarsh Publishing to deliver a replacement.
